Last updated: 19 October 2026
This notice explains how Juritas AB collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit juritas.com or contact us through this site.
Who we are
Juritas AB (“Juritas”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal information processed through this website. You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy question or request.
What this notice covers
Personal information collected through this website, including walkthrough and Contract Audit requests, contact messages, job applications and emails sent to us. It does not cover the Juritas platform, which is governed by our agreements with customers, or third-party websites linked from this site.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to share with us:
- Walkthrough and Contract Audit requests: your name, work email, company, role, and anything you tell us about what you’d like to see or your contract portfolio.
- Job applications: your name, email, an optional link such as a LinkedIn profile, and your message.
- Standard request information kept by our hosting providers (for example IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We do not use marketing cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this notice.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough or Contract Audit.
- To consider your job application.
- To send you a confirmation of a request you have made.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Legal basis
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry or application and in operating our website (Article 6(1)(f)), and on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted providers:
- Railway: website hosting, in the EU.
- Supabase: the database where enquiries are stored, in the EU.
- Resend: sending email, including your confirmation.
- Google: scheduling a walkthrough, if you book a time through the link we send you.
- Tally: the survey for our industry report, if you choose to take part.
Some of these providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. We are putting data processing agreements in place with each of them, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where information is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, walkthrough and Contract Audit requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case our agreement with you applies.
- Job applications: up to 24 months after we have made a decision on the application.
- Request information kept by our hosting providers: for a short period, for security and troubleshooting.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information erased;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Sweden this is the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections, database access rules that limit what each part of our system can do, and restricted access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share with us.
Children
This website is not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this notice from time to time. When we make material changes we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
